I've played in Ireland and understand that BD is pretty much a US Ballybunion ... and just a wee bit closer! If you haven't considered the RTJ Trail in Alabama, it's worth the trip, as well. There are nearly 500 golf holes all over the state. First of all, if its raining, dont play, wait an hour or two, nut dont lug rain gear around,or an umbrella-they dont work in the wind. I have an idea- 14 clubs, 6 balls, a light bag and a golf game. My son and I did it in Mar,awesome and I don't use that word very often. Be prepared for inclement weather. We had wind, lightening, rain and even hail.
